Saturday before the second Sabbath in November 1841. In pursuance of an order past at the last meeting of the Crooked Creek Baptist Church we a part of said church sat in conference at the school house in Blythe settlement and received by letter Sister Joanna Bennet, Marry Freeman, Brother John Freeman. By experience Sister California Dobbs and Meipaun (?) Wood.

2^nd Opened a door for the reception of members and received Polly Alexander by experience.

4^th Ordered by this church that on application made to the church to sit in conference any other place than her usual place of meeting shall be done by special committee for that purpose by the church

5^th Ordered by the church that L. B. Deaton be authorized to exercise a publick gift in the grounds of the church any way that the Lord and this gospel directs
