after worship proceeded to business.
1st Opened a door for the reception of members and received Martha
Gress by letter Also Nancy James. By experience. Emmaline Gaither.
2nd Reference of letter to the association red and received.
3rd The committee reported the settlement within the treasurers
report received. Committee discharged.
4th The resolution appointing the whole church a committee to go
with Brother Baines to his different places of preaching in his traveling
bounds be and hereby received
5th Saturday the church opened a door and received Abraham,
Wood, William P Stroud, Polly Ann French, Louetta Evans??, Elizabeth Butler,
Martha Dotson, Polly Petty??, Harrison?? Blyeth, Mattie Longworth??? By
experience. Received Shipman Tabor under the watch care of the church and
appointed a committee to write the other church from which he came and obtain a
letter or satisfactory information of his standing. The committee is Brethren Baines
and Gage.
6th Sunday received Simmons Lanis, Betsy Ann Lanis,
Elizabeth Snelson, and Polly Martin by experience. Sally Sartin
under the watch care of the church.
7th Monday received Polly Brumbellow and Rebecca Evans
by letter. Also Benjamin W French by experience. Beal Gaither,
