After devine service the church sat in conference Brother Wheat Moderator

1^st Invited visiting brethren to seats with us.

2^nd Opened a door to receive members and received brother A. M. Hill and sister Julian Hill by Letter.

3^rd called for references and requested brother Marshall who was appointed to prepare a church letter to the
association to read it and not having it prepared he was ordered to prepare it by tomorrow.

4^th Elected the following brethren as delegates to the association viz. George W. Baines, Samuel Wheat,
Beal Gaither, and John W. Marshal in case of failure

5^th Ordered by the church that our next meeting be on the fourth Sabbath and Saturday before in September

conference closed in order.

1^st opened a door for the reception of members and received David Nichols and Kizziah S Nichols
his wife by letter.

2^nd Brother Stephen Keith applied for letter of dismission for him and his wife and granted Brother
Ashir Harden applied for letter of dismission for himself an a wife and was granted. Sister Nancy Keith
applied for letter of dismission and granted.
