Harstone Church Cemetery
St. Pius V Roman Catholic Cemetery
Harstone Road, Flint, O'Connor Township

The Cemetery is located on a hillside behind, where once stood the Harstone Church. The cemetery was also also known as St. Pius V Roman Catholic Cemetery. The cemetery is not maintained but at some point in the past, perhaps in the last few years, there was many new smaller, white wooden crosses put up to mark the graves, although they did not have the names of the deceased on them. When this information becomes available, I will post the names & dates of the deceased. There are only a few headstones that are still legible. There is a large wooden cross (above) that stands by the roadside as a reminder of the location of the church & cemetery. The last burial was that of Anton Mayer in 1973.
