We, the undersigned legal heirs of Absalom Autrey, deceased, do bind ourselves to be governed by the appraisment today made by the present appraisers of all the property belonging to said Absalom Autrey’s estate at his death.

I, Charles H. Autrey, do bind myself to receive all of the said property at the appraisment by the above appraisers and pay over to each legal heir his or her proportional part of the property of the said estate.
