Agriculture, one of the first women to do so.187 She was the first member of her family
to graduate from college, fulfilling a promise she made to her promise to her father.21
On 16 January 1931 Naomi Wahl and Ernest William Kidd were married at Pullman, Asotin County, Washington, by Weaver J. W. Fritz, M.G.;
(witnesses were Ila Belle Campbell and Fred N. Graham).181 She and Ernest
William Kidd were divorced on 19 December 1947 Clackamas County,
Oregon.182
She and Christian Christensen Borgensgard obtained a marriage
license on 16 June 1955 Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon,183
and on the 18th were married at Central Lutheran Church in Portland, by
Pastor Arne Christianson; witnesses were the bride's daughter Mrs. John F. Madison &
the groom's son Nolan E. Borgensgard.184
Naomi died in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon, on 24 February
1997 at the age of 89 years, 3 months and 21 days; after a two-year illness due following
a series of strokes which left her incapacitated. She was living in the home of Maria
Rowles, a licensed care giver, at the time of her death,189 she was buried on 3 March 1997 at Portland Memorial Mausoleum, Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.189 Her
funeral was held on 1 March 1997 at Portland Memorial Funeral Home,
Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon; It was held at 3 p.m. Services were conducted by her
Sunday school teacher. Grandson, Mark Madison gave the eulogy, reading a letter written by
grand-daughter Julie Kidd. Great-granddaughter Jaime Thompson sang, and granddaughter
Valerie Madison read a poem.189

1910 Johns River, Grays Harbor County, Washington.21 In 1929 Eddie LeRoy
Wahl and Dora May Gibson were married Montesano,
Grays Harbor County, Washington.21 Eddie LeRoy drowned while fishing on Johns River, Grays Harbor County, Washington, on 25 October 1966 at the
