I've included over thirty maps of Louisiana and particularly of Northwest Louisiana. You can check them all out in the folder marked "Maps".
But I also want to call a few to your attention, because I think they're neat.
- One is the Kellogg Names Map , which shows the distribution of the name throughout the United States in various periods. Watch it for awhile--it actually is several maps that change.
- You can also check out the Dailey Names Map, which does similar things.
- The last one is so neat, I'm going to present it here in full size. It's a satellite image of Red River Parish. Where else you gonna get that?
