Mary Moore was born at near Pittsburgh, PA, on November 21, 1837. She moved circa 1843 to Indianapolis, IN. She moved before November, 1860 to Spring Green, Sauk Co, WI. She married Joel Campbell on November 25, 1860 at Spring Green, Sauk Co, WI. She was widowed by a Joel 's death on board the steamer "John H Dickey" on January 7, 1863. She married Byron J. Reynolds at Lone Rock, Sauk Co, WI, on September 21, 1865. She and Byron moved in the early 70's to Farley, Dubuque Co, IA; the family moved in a covered wagon. She was widowed by Byron 's death at Milwaukee, Milwaukee Co, WI, on October 2, 1898. Mary was listed as the head of a family on the 1920 Census at Nora Springs, Floyd Co, IA. Mary owned her house. Grandson Lyle was a salesman in a clothing store. Granddaughter R. O was in school. (Lyle seems to be enumerated twice -- but I don't see any other way for Mary Moore to have two grandsons, both named Lyle E. Reynolds, both 21, both with two parents born in WI and both salesmen in clothing stores.) She became ill suddenly on June 2, 1928 and was an invalid after that. Mary died on December 30, 1931 at Nora Springs, Floyd Co, IA, at age 94. She was buried on January 2, 1932 at Rock Grove Cemetery, Nora Springs, Floyd Co, IA. An obituary for her was published circa January 6, 1932.
