Lillian May Tuell was born in Clarksburg, Jackson Co, IN, on April 7, 1872. (The 1920 census says she was 43, which would mean she was born in 1877 -- or just being conservative about her age!).

She married Samuel Stanley Allen in Elsinore, Riverside Co, CA, on September 5, 1906.

Lillian was listed as Samuel Stanley Allen's wife on the 1920 Census in Riverside, Riverside Co, CA.

Lillian was listed as the head of a family on the 1930 Census in 3907 Seventh Street, Riverside, Los Angeles Co, CA. Lillian owned the residence, worth about $10,000; it looks like they had two sets of boarders, the Wilkins's and the Holmstroms. Elivra[sic] was in school.

Lillian died on August 5, 1959 in Watsonville, CA, at age 87.
