John Howard Wilcox was the first child and only son of Karl Edward Wilcox and his wife Grace Lee Boggess. John grew up in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Indiana. Immediately after graduation from Thiel College in Greenville, PA,, John moved to Chicago, IL. John lived in Wheaton, DuPage County.
Elizabeth Linnea Pearson was was the first child and only
daughter
of
Lennart Pearson and Carol Landon. Linnea, as most people
called her, was raised in Richmond, Virginia, and Clinton, South
Carolina. Linnea attended and graduated from Wheaton College.
John met Linnea at Wheaton Bible Church where they both attended and were married in that church by the Rev. Ridgeway Burns. In 1991, they moved to Westerville, OH, a suburb of Columbus.
