Wilma L. Corder Davis, 69, of Camdenton died Friday, Aug. 9, 1996, at her daughter's home in Columbia.

Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, at First Baptist Church of Camdenton with the Rev. Rick Ginnings officiating. Burial will be in Myetta Cemetery in Camdenton. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in Georgia Wade Chapel at Hedges Funeral Home of Camdenton.

Mrs. Davis was born Sept. 17, 1926, in Kansas City to James and Bonnie Wilson Corder. On Dec. 14, 1947, she married Morris Davis, who preceded her in death on Jan. 13, 1994.

A Camden County resident for most of her adult life, Mrs. Davis worked for Sundstrand for 20 years before retiring in 1988.

Survivors include four sons, Jim Davis of Raytown, Gary Davis of Camdenton, Morris Davis of Columbia and David Davis of Camdenton; a daughter, Jackie Thiemann of Columbia; a sister, Winona Wright; and 11 grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by two sons, Jay Davis and Wayne Davis; a daughter, Bonnie Burns; a sister; and a brother.
