whose names are hereto signed, Volunteers for three years or the War, belonging
to Captain H. Beverly’s Company, from Anson County, acknowledge the receipt of
Fifty Dollars, each from Assistant Quarter Master and Paymaster W. B. Gulich it being the BOUNTY due us under the ordinance of
the Convention of North Carolina, by which we have been mustered into service,
