LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF GEORGE W. MAYNOR I, George W. Maynor, of the District of Town, and County of Raleigh, and State of West Virginia, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following. that is to say: WEST VIRGINIA:
At a regular session of the County Court continued and held for the County thereof, on Monday, June 17, 1918. PRESENT: A. B. MAXWELL, PRESIDENT This day there was presented to the court a certain paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of George W. Maynor, deceased. Thereupon Albert Williams and John W. Maynor, after being first duly sworn, in open court, testified that the said paper writing was signed by the said George W. Maynor in the presence of said witnesses and that said witnesses signed same at the request of the said decedent and in the presence of each other, which said will being duly proven the same is ordered admitted to record. RALEIGH COUNTY COURT CLERK'S OFFICE, June 17, 1918 Theforegoing will, together with the order of probate was this day presented in said office and admitted to record. TESTE: Jackson Smith, Clerk
FIRST: It is my will that my wife, Sarah A. Maynor, shall have all my property both real and personal, so long as she may live.
SECOND: It is my will that after my wife's death that all of my said property shall fall back to my children in manner following, that is to say:
(1) That my daughter, Edna R. Williams, shall have One Dollar ($1.00)
(2) That after her (Sarah A. Maynor) funeral expenses and just debts are paid that the balance of property both real and personal shall be equally divided between the rest of my children, namely: Minnie Cottle, John R. Maynor, Charles P. Maynor, Annie Stover, Perry Maynor, Edward E. Maynor, Lonnie D. Maynor, Ludie Maynor, and Gracie P. Maynor.
(3) And last I hereby constitute and appoint, Charles P. Maynor, my son, to be the executor of this my last will and testament, signed this the 10th day of May, 1911.
