Johnie Jewell

This is my grandfather, Johnie Newton Jewell. His father was George Matson Jewell and his mother was Minnie Moye. He married my grandmother, Nina Mae Hale.

This is a picture of my grandfather, Johnie Jewell with possibly his oldest daughter Janet, who was born in 1940 in Coal City, Raleigh County, WV. My grandpa had some curly hair!

My grandfather is holding his youngest child in the back yard when they lived on Maple Fork Road in the 50's.
