ROBERT WESLEY HAUN

Robert Wesley Haun was born June 15, 1855, in Johnson county, Mo., and departed this life March 19, 1928 (2 lines unreadable)

When eleven years of age Mr. haun's parents moved to Kansas, where they settled on a homestead in Morris county.

In 1880, Mr. Haun was united in marriage to Christy Ann Reynard. To this union were born four children: Frank M. of Kaw City, Mrs. Maude J. Muller of Kaw City, Charles V. of Cushing, Okla., and Mrs. Pearl Sebiefferle of Inglewood, California.

Mr. haun and family moved to Oklahoma from Kansas in the year 1896, and located on a farm five miles northeast of Pawnee.

About twenty-seven years ago, Mr. haun was converted, baptized and united with the Congressional church, loacted at the time adjacent to the home farm. It is the testimony of his many relatives that he lived a constant Christian life until the last. His grandfather and father were faithful and fruitful laborers in the ministry of the Methodist Episcopal Church.

Those surviving the deceased are the wife and four children, who were present at the services, also two brothers, J. L. of Troy, Texas, T. N. of Parkersville, Kansas and one sister, Mrs. H. Block of Yates Center, Kansas; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild; a host of neices and nephews, and intimate friends.

Funeral service was conducted in the Pawnee Methodist Episcopal Church by the pastor, Rev. Ray W. Ross on Sunday afternoon at 3:00, March 25. Burial was made in Highland Cemetery.
