Deed of TLJ Roberson to Mary Bell Below-Jan 8, 1902; Union Co. Ky
Know all men that T L J Roberson, of the county of Union, State of Kentucky,
for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars cash in hand paid by
Mary Bell Below of the same County and State, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, doth hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Mary
Bell Below her heirs and assigns forever, the following tract or parcel of land
lying in the county and State aforesaid on the waters of Casey Creek which is
bounded as follows. Beginning at a stone in Bettie Fellows line, corner to
Armstead Longs land, thence with Long's line, S 55 E 58 poles to a stone in said
line, corner to said Roberson's land: thence with his line N 34-3/4 E. 49-65/100
poles to a stone: thence N 55 W. 58 poles to a stone, in Bettie Fellows line,
another corner of said Roberson's: thence with said line S 34-3/4 W. 49-65/100
poles to the beginning, containing 10 acres of land: and it is stipulated and
especially understood that said Mary Bell Below is to have a passway from said
18 acres across the lands of said Roberson to and intersecting with said
Roberson's passway leading to the public road, said passway to be located along
the present route or in case of a division fo the remainder of said Roberson's
land, passway to the located on the most convenient and most practical route
possible for the benefit of all parties interested. Together with the
priviledges and appurtenances to the same belonging. To have and to hold the
same unto said Mary Bell Below her heirs and assigns forever, with convenant of
full general warranty. In testimony whereof said T L J Roberson hath hereto set
his hand this sixth day of November 1901.

Union County, I, E H Wathen, Clerk of Union County Court, certify that the
foregoing deed from T L J Roberson to Mary Bell Below was this day produced to
me in my county and before me acknowledged by said T L J Roberson to be his act
and deed in due form of law. All of which is certified to the proper office for
