The will of Tabitha Rogers was recorded in Will Book 1792 - 1801, page 93, in the office of the ordinary at the County Seat, Washington, Wilkes County, Georgia. Tabitha Rogers names her children, among them "my beloved son Britain Rogers, one shilling sterling." She makes him, together with her son, Burwell, Executor of her will, made in Wilkes Co, 2nd Oct. 1793. Probated 11 Feb. 1794.

A deed was made in 1791 by Tabitha Rogers, admrx., of the estate of Drury Rogers of Wilkes County to Wm. and Elisha Hurt, for 437(?) acres on Shoulderbone Creek, Green County, GA.

   Marriage Information:

Tabitha married Drury ROGERS-[774] [MRIN:666], son of Joseph ROGERS-[716] and Mary FARGESON-[717]. (Drury ROGERS-[774] was born about 1737 in Surry Co, Virginia and died about 1791 in Wilkes Co, Georgia.)
