Charles Lyle       } Ping hereby Convey to Charles Lyle the following tract
of Land in Ashland County of Wapello and State of Iowa to wit Lot one
in Block Twenty four in the Town of Ashland
  And Warrant the Title thereto against all persons whomsoever

Instrument to be their voluntary act and Deed
