Birth and death information from John and Ev who looked it up in the Fowlmere censuses from 1841 to 1891. The only anomally is that he was supposed to have been 77 years old in 1847. Confirmed with own reserach.
1841 census for Foulmire, aged 66, ag lab, married to Sarah. Living in same house with the HOPWOOD family. The house was owned by Ann HOPWOOD.
Looked for baptism in Fowlmere, Thriplow, Melbourn and both Duxford parishes. No joy. Next try non-conformist records.
