This is the last will and Testament of me Robert Lamb
of South Muskham in the County of Nottingham, Farmer as follows.
I give and bequeath all my Monies Securities for Money Plate China
Linen Household Goods and Furniture Live Stock Cattle Chattels
Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever unto my Son Robert Lamb his
Executors Administrators and Assigns Subject nevertheless and
chargeable and I do hereby charge the same with the Payments of the
annuity and Sums following that is to say One annuity or clear
yearly Sum of Twenty Pounds unto my beloved Wife Mary Lamb and
her Assigns for and during the Term of her natural Life by Four equal
Quarterly Payments in the year that is to say Lady Day Midsummer Day
Michaelmas Day and Christmas Day (? Style) the first payment
thereof to be made on such of the said Days as shall first happen after my
Decease And I do hereby direct that my said Son Robert Lamb shall
enter into and give a Bond (with sufficient Sureties if required) unto my
said Wife for Payment of the said annuity as soon as conveniently may
be after my Decease And also subject to the Payment of the several sums
following that is to say the Sum of Ten Pounds unto my Son John Lamb
(as I have amply provided for him in my Lifetime) to be paid imediately
after my Decease The Sum of Fifty Pounds unto my Daughter Mary the
Wife of Mr. George Skinner to be paid within Twelve Calendar Months
next after my Decease and the further Sum of Five Pounds for Mourning to
be paid immediately after my Decease And I do hereby appoint my said
Son Robert Lamb sole Executer of this my Will In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty ninth Day of
March One Thousand Eight Hundred and Five
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testator Robert Lamb as and
for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his
presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses
