Last Will and Testament

HANNAH HUGGINS

In the Name of God Amen I Hannah Huggins of-
South Muskham in the County of Nottingham Widow-
being of sound and disposing mind memory and-
understanding (praised be God) Do make publish and-
declare this my last will and Testament in manner-
and form following, that is to say, First I give and-
bequeath the sum of Five hundred Pounds unto my
Daughter Sarah Huggins Also I give and bequeath the-
sum of Five hundred Pounds unto my Daughter-
Hannah Huggins to be paid to them at the end of-
twelve months next after my decease Also I give and-
bequeath All my Linen unto my said two Daughters
Sarah and Hannah Huggins and my son Henry-
Huggins their Executors and Administrators to be equally
divided amongst them Also I give all and every my-
Wearing apparel of all sorts unto my said two Daughters-
Sarah and Hannah Huggins their Executors and Administrators
equally to be divided between them And as for and-
concerning all and every my Household Goods Furniture
Plate Monies Securities for money goods Cattles Chattels Effects and
Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever which I shall-
? proposed of (save what I have before disposed of) I give-
and bequeath unto my said son Henry Huggins his-
Executors and Administrators and assigns Sunject to the payment
of my Just debts funeral expenses and probate of this my-
will and also to the payment of the said ? ? of-
Two hundred Pounds and Five hundred Pounds given
to my said Daughters Sarah and Hannah Huggins as aforesaid
And Lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my said-
Son Henry Huggins sole Executor of this my last will and-
Testament hereby revoking all former Will and Wills by me-
made In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and
Testament set my hand and seal this Second Day of
December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight-
hundred and one.
