In the Name of God Amen I Edward Driver
of Kelham in the County of Nottingham Farmer being -
of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding
(praised be God) Do make publish and declare this -
my last Will and Testament in manner and form -
following, that is to say, First I give and bequeath -
the sum of One hundred Pounds unto Hannah -
Huggins of South Muskham in the County of Nottingham
Widow to be paid to her immediately upon my decease
But in case the said Hannah Huggins shall happen
To depart this life before me Then I give and bequeath
The said sum of One hundred Pounds unto all -
and every the children of the said Hannah Huggins -
by her late Husband Henry Huggins Gentleman -
deceased equally to be divided amongst share -
alike Also I give and bequeath All and every my
Household Goods and Furniture Plate Linen Monies
Securities for money Stock in the Farming and grazing
business Goods Cattles Chattels effects and personal
Estate whatsoever and whomsoever or of what nature -
Or kind soever which I shall die possessed of unto my
Brother Robert Driver of Kelham aforesaid Farmer -
his Executors Administrators and Assigns subject -
nevertheless to and charged and chargeable with the -
Payment of the aforesaid sum of One hundred
Pounds and to the Payment of my Just debts and -
Funeral expenses and probate of this my Will And -
Lastly I do hereby Constitute and appoint my said -
Brother Robert Driver sole Executor of this my last -
Will and Testament hereby Revoking all former will and -
Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have to this -
My last Will and Testament of my hand and seal this
Twenty second day of June in the year of our Lord one -

The Said Robert Driver hereby declares that to the
Best of his Knowledge and Belief the said deceased
Personal Estate and Effects would not at the time
of his Death exceed the value of two hundred
pounds
