ELIZABETH STAPLETON

  
Mrs. Elizabeth Stapleton, 95, of Staffordsville succumbed to an extended
illness in a local hospital on Wednesday, January 23, 1974.
  
Born in Johnson County on September 6, 1878, she was the daughter of the
late Amos and Lida Skaggs Lyons and was a member of the Enterprise
Baptist Church.
  
Services were held in the Chapel of the Paintsville Funeral Home on
Friday, January 25, 1974 with Reverends Ellis Hamilton and Charles
Stapleton officiating.
  
Burial was in the Wells- Buckingham Cemetery at Paintsville with
arrangement under the direction of the Paintsville Funeral Home.
