LEANDER SKAGGS

Funeral services were held at the home at  Denver today (
Wednesday) for Leander Skaggs, 88, who died Tuesday, March 10,
1953,  following an illness of four months.
  
Born October 14, 1870, he was the son of the late George and
Haley Skaggs.
  
Surviving are his wife, Flossie Skaggs, five sons, Ervin,
Cornealous, Vencil, Cecil and Roe Skaggs and two daughters Anna
Lee and Madge Skaggs.
   
Burial was made in the family cemetery under the direction of the
Preston Funeral Home.
