Meally resident, Rosa Preston, 79, died Monday, January 18, 1988 at her
home.
  
Mrs. Preston was born January 15, 1909 in Johnson County, the daughter of
Noah and Nancy Patrick, she was a retired nurse.
  
Her husband Sanford Preston preceded her in death.
  
Surviving are one son; James Preston of Wabash, Indiana; one brother,
Willis Patrick of Paintsville; eight grandchildren and eight great-
grandchildren.
  
Services were held Thursday, January 21, at Meally Church of Christ, with
Orville Short and Bob Harper officiating.
  
Burial was in Patrick Family Cemetery.
