Local Resident Passes Friday
Services Held Sunday For Life Preston, 67
  
Life Preston, 67, lifelong resident of Johnson County died
at his home in Paintsville Friday (Feb.11 1955) afternoon
following an illness of two years.
  
He was the son of the late Winfield and Melissa Castle Preston.
    
Surviving are one sister Mrs. Elizabeth Gross, Toledo, Ohio;
two brothers, Marion and Clayton Preston both of this city.
  
Funeral services were held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel
of the Jones and Preston Funeral Home with Vern Conley as
officiating minister.
  
Burial was made in the Town Cemetery under the direction of
the Jones and Preston Funeral Home.
