FRANK PENNINGTON 1910-1963 Frank Pennington, 53, died at his home at Van Lear at 5:30 p.m., Friday, November 15, after a two years’ illness. The son of Clay and Fannie Pennington, he was born August 4, 1910, at Daniels Creek. He had formerly worked as a miner. Surviving are five sons, William Pennington, Pike County; Bobby Pennington, Columbus, Ohio; Charles, Buddy, and Scotty Pennington, all at home; three daughters, Ruth, Faye, and Frankie Pennington, all at home; a brother, Bailey Pennington, Van Lear; a sister, Nancy Collins, Van Lear. Funeral services were conducted at 10:a.m., Monday at the home of Malcom Honeycutt at Daniels Creek with James Sturgill as officiating minister. Burial was in the Butcher Cemetery at Daniels Creek.
