WARREN GULLETT JR 1924-1959 Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, from the Mayo Memorial Church in this city for Warren Gullett, Jr., who died Friday in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, after an illness of nine months. A native of Johnson County, he was born October 6, 1924, the son of Bessie Meade Gullett and the late Warren M. Gullett. Most of his life was spent in military service with service in the Army, Marine Corps and Air Force. Survivors also include his wife, Mrs. Virginia Lee Wells Gullett; one daughter, Margaret Ruth Gullett, at home; one sister, Mrs. Geraldine Wells, Columbus, Ohio. Graveside rites were conducted by members of the DAV, who also acted as pallbearers. Services were conducted by Rev. Charles Perry, pastor of the church, and Rev. E. H. Overman, pastor of Southside Free Will Baptist Church. Burial was in the Wells- Buckingham Cemetery. PAINTSVILLE HERALD WEDNESDAY Dec. 16, 1959
