Paul Wayne Fitzpatrick, 48, of Prestonsburg died Thursday,
May 8, 2003 at his residence.
  
Born Aug. 7, 1954, in Johnson County, he was the son of the
late Walter and Bessie Powers Fitzpatrick.
  
He was a disabled mechanic and a member of the Pleasant Home
Baptist Church in Prestonsburg.
  
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Randa Fitzpatrick;
two brothers, George and Ronald Dean Fitzpatrick; and a
sister, Betty Carol Fitzpatrick.
   
Survivors include his wife, Cindy Slater Fitzpatrick; two
sons, Travis Fitzpatrick of Prestonsburg and Willie
Fitzpatrick, of Warsaw, Ind.; a daughter, Paula Fitzpatrick,
of Warsaw; six brothers, David Fitzpatrick of Clay Pool
Ind., Walter C. Fitzpatrick Jr. of Johnson County, and John
Wallace Fitzpatrick, Ben Fitzpatrick and Charlie
Fitzpatrick, all of Warsaw; two sisters, Stella June Bentley
of Warsaw and Diana Webb of Prestonsburg; and two
grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were Monday, May 12, at Nelson-Frazier
Funeral Home with Mark Tackett officiating.
  
Burial was in Bentley Cemetery, East Point.
