JAMES FITZPATRICK
1866-1959
  
James "Bud" Fitzpatrick, 92, retired farmer of Collista, died at
his home at 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 9, following an illness
of several weeks.
  
He was born in tthis county October 2, 1866, and had been a
lifelong resident of Collista. He was a member of the Freewill
Baptist Church.
  
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Clarenda Fairchild Fitzpatrick;
one son, Dennis Fitzpatrick, at home; one daughter, Eunice
Fitzpatrick, also at home. A brother, Alex Fitzpatrick, South
Portsmouth, Ohio, also survives.
  
Funeral services were conducted from the home at 11:00 a.m.,
Saturday, with Claude Preston and Irvin Rice as officiating
ministers.
  
Burial was in the family cemetery at Collista.
