EUAL FAIRCHILD
1947–2002
Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 24, 1 p.m. at Jones-
Preston Funeral Home for Eual Fairchild, 55, who passed away
Saturday, December 21, 2002, at his residence.
Mr. Fairchild was born April 11, 1947 in Johnson County, son of
Erie Blanton Fairchild and the late Eugene Fairchild.
Surviving are his wife, Carol K. Fairchild; four sons, Anthony,
Thomas and Kevin Fairchild, all of Oil Springs, and James
Fairchild of Winchester, Ky.; one daughter, Majestic Larane
Fairchild of Oil Springs; three brothers, James S., Gary, and
Denzil Fairchild, all of Oil Springs; four sisters, Jewel Salyers
of Paintsville, Donna Morgan of Anna, Illinois, Diane Blanton of
Oil Springs, and Loretta Holden of Louisville; two grandchildren;
four step- grandchildren.
The service was officiated by John Blanton and Frankie Williams,
with burial following in the Blanton Family Cemetery, Low Gap, Ky.
