MYRTLE ESTEP 1886-1964 Mrs. Myrtle Estep, 78, died August 17, in Versailles after an illness of one year. She was born April 25, 1886, a daughter of the late Frank and Lizzie White Moore. A former resident of Johnson County, Mrs. Estep was a member of the Baptist Church. Her husband, Jesse Estep, preceded her in death in 1952. Survivors include two sons, George Estep, Paintsville; Jesse Estep, Independence, Missouri; two daughters, Mrs. T. H. Lidendecker, Versailles; Mrs. C. D. Edens, Burkesville; two brothers, Ed Moore, West Van Lear; Bill Moore, Prestonsburg. Also surviving are six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p.m. today in the Third Street Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Claude Preston and the Rev. John Sammons. Burial was in the Estep Cemetery at Collista.
