OMIE ELKINS

Omie Elkins, 68, died Sunday, December 2 1979, in
Highland Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Elkins was born May 14 1911, in Johnson County, the
daughter of William and Mag Hurt Music.

She was a resident of Meally, and was preceded in death
by her husband, William J. Elkins, in August 1971.

Surviving are a son, Roy Elkins, Logan, W. Va.; a daughter,
Esther Hall, Meally; two sisters, Laura Childers, David;
and and Mayme Music, Florida.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 4, in
Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel, with Dick VanHoose
officiating.

Burial was in the family cemetery, Meally, with
Jones-Preston Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
