MARGARET DAVIS

Mrs. Margaret Davis, 91, died at her home at Chandlerville Friday,
July 17, following an extended illness.
  
The daughter of the late John and Anna Daniel Yates, she was born
in this county May 30, 1868, and has resided at Chandlerville
practically all of her life.
  
Her husband, Marcus Davis, preceded her in death in 1944.
  
Surviving are one son, Edford W. Davis, Irvin, Ohio; two daughters,
Miss Clista Davis, Chandlerville; Mrs. C. G. Davis, Ashland.
  
Funeral services were conducted at 10:00 a.m., Sunday from the home
with Claude Preston and Arthur Morris as officiating ministers.
Music was by the Toms Creek Quartet. Burial was in the Burton
Cemetery at Chandlerville.
