ROY CANTRELL 1910-1968 Roy Cantrell, 58, died suddenly of a heart attack on Thursday, March 13, 1968 at a local hospital. Born at Fuget on June 24, 1910 he was the son of the late Henry and Nora Estep Cantrell. He had been an employee of Big Sandy RECC for the past fifteen years and was affiliated with the United Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Clora Cantrell; a son, Henry Edward Cantrell of Fairborn, Ohio; six daughters, Angeline Jenkins, Sue Salyer and Deloris Hill and all of Fairborn, Ohio, Leora Green and Betty Cantrell both of Fuget and Maxine Stambaugh of Columbus, Ohio. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren; two brothers, Ossie Cantrell of Flint, Michigan and Olvie Cantrell of Fuget; two sisters, Mrs. Mausie McKenzie of Fuget and Miss Ora Jewell Cantrell of Flint, Michigan. Funeral services were conducted Sunday , March 16,1968 in the Cold Springs United Baptist Church at Elna with Elders Eual McKenzie, Melvin Wright, Lonza Reed and Arnold Reed officiating.
