FRANK BUTCHER
1930-2005
  
Funeral services were held Sunday, Dec. 11, 2 p.m. at the Preston
Funeral Home Chapel for Frank “Frog” Butcher, 75, of Meally, Ky.,
who passed away Thursday, Dec. 8 2005 at Highlands Regional Medical
Center in Prestonsburg, Ky.
  
Mr. Butcher was born April 24, 1930 in Johnson County, Ky., son of
the late Thomas and Starlie Meeks Butcher. He was a self-employed
body shop owner.
  
Surviving are his wife, Ruth Short Butcher of Meally; two brothers,
Kenneth Butcher of Columbus, Ohio, and Haskel Butcher of Arizona;
and one sister, Daphene Daniels of Concord, N.C.
  
The service was officiated by Arville Short and Roger Williams,
with burial in the Luster Short Cemetery at Meally.
  
Arrangements under the direction of the Preston Funeral Home of
Paintsville, Ky.
