DOSHA BLAIR
1901-1983
      
Barnetts Creek resident Mrs. Dosha Blair, 81, died
December 31 1983 in Paintsville Hospital.
  
Mrs. Blair was born April 20 1901 in Johnson County, the
daughter of George and Rachel Arms Ratliff.
  
She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.
  
Her husband William Blair, preceded her in death in 1961
  
Surviving are three daughters, Ruie Jackson, Oil Springs,
Flossie Blair, Barnetts Creek and Alma Spradlin, Denver;
two brothers, Ervin Ratliff, Leesburg, Ind.;
and George Ratliff, Leander; two sisters,
Mrs. Dora May, Mentone, Ind.; and Mrs. Alka Bayes, Genoa Ohio;
15 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
   
Funeral services were held January 2 in Fairview Freewill
Baptist Church at Barnett's Creek with
Rev. Donald Ray Caudill officiating.
 
Burial was in the Sam Blair Cemetery, Denver, under the
direction of Paintsville Funeral Home.
