Arbie Blair, 84, died Monday, April 2, in Pikeville Methodist
Hospital.
  
Mr. Blair was born March 1, 1906 in Magoffin County, the son of
Acie and Pina Blair. He retired from the city of Paintsville where
he worked with the city water and gas utilities company.
  
Surviving are several nephews and nieces.
  
Funeral services were held Thursday, April 5, in Preston Funeral
Home Chapel, with Levi Cantrell officiating.
  
Burial was in the family cemetery in Paintsville.
