ROTHA MAE BISHOP 1901-1970 June 25, 1970 Mrs. Rotha Mae Bishop, 69, of Blaine, Ky., died Tuesday, June 16, 1970 at her home after a long illness. Funeral services were conducted a 2 p.m. Thursday from the Old Hood United Baptist Church at Blaine with the Rev. Jarrett Cordle officiating. Burial was in the Sparks Cemetery there. Born Aug. 5, 1901 at Blaine, she was a daughter of the late Joh Eddie and Ethel Short Bowling. Survivors include the husband, Henry C. Bishop; six daughters, Mrs. Raymond Kazee, Mrs. Jackson Cordle, Mrs Vernon, Kazee, Mrs. Myrtle, Brooks, and Mrs. Gladys Byers, all of Columbus, Ohio, and Mrs. Royce Mills of Center, Texas; four sons, John Bishop of Columbus, Jack and Elmer Bishop of Hilliards, O., and Junior Bishop of Londaon, Ohio; two brothers, Jack Bowling of Ashland, Ky., and Shade Bowling of Grayson, KY.; 19 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
