Hazel Green Daniels Berube: Passed away at one o"clock today
Sept.15,2004 at the age of 95, she has been a patient at the
Oakmont manor in Flatwood, Kentucky since June. She lived at 1301
Blackburn Ave in Ashland,Ky for many many years.
She was born on June 2, 1909 daughter of Francis Elcanah and Carrie
Jane Ramey Daniels.
She has 2 sisters still living. Mrs Shirley Cordle Stapleton, and
Mrs Phyllis Howard both of Westwood, Ashland, Kentucky. Several
neices and nephews,2 Sister-in-laws Ruby Daniels of Ashland,Ky and
Deloris Daniels miller of Michigan and one Brother- in-law Shannon
Howard of Westwood, Ashland ,Ky. She was preceded in death by her
second husband Arthur Royal Berube(1994), 1 son Richard Howard
Bellomy(1941-Infant) her parents Francis Elcanah (Jan.29,1963)
Carrie Jane Ramey Daniels (May,9,1982) brothers; Leonard Ray"LR"
(Nov.11,1987), Letha Ralph (aug.4,1968) James Bascom (July 6,1989),
Landon Taylor"LT" (Jan.5,1964) Earl Junior (July 2,1996)and Harold
Lee (Dec.11,1998) Sisters; Nancy Mildred Daniels Huges(Jan.29,1978)
Fanny Imogene Daniels Johnson (July 21,1985) and Berniece Daniels
Phillips(April 9,2004), 2 Sister-in-laws Dovie Castle Daniels(March
28,2004) and Callie Osborne Daniels(Dec 26,2003).
She is to be cremated and buried at a later date along with her
husband at the Sparks Cemetery behind the Old Hood United baptist
church Blaine, Ky.
