Joyce Daniel Young, 60, of River, died Saturday, Dec. 23, 2006 at
Highland Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg.
  
Born Jan. 19, 1941, in Johnson County, she was a daughter of the
late Cort and Margie Preston Daniel. She was a beautician.
  
Survivors include her husband, Danny Young of River; and a brother,
Cort Daniel of River.
  
Funeral services were Tuesday, Dec. 26, at River United Baptist
Church with John Fields and Arnold Fletcher officiating.
  
Burial was in Isom Daniel Cemetery, River, under direction of
Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville.
