Funeral Services Held
At Home Sunday
  
Mrs. Lena Daniels Woods, 47, Nippa, Ky. died at a local
hospital Thursday, May 14 1952 following an illness of a
month. The daughter of Fairy and Isabelle Castle Daniels,
she had resided in Johnson County all her life.
  
She is survived by her husband, Jess Woods, two sons,
Charles Estill Woods and Jess Woods, Jr., both at home, and
four daughters; Rudell, Reba, Joyce and Jane, all at home.
  
Other survivors include one brother, James Daniels, London,
Ohio, and two sisters; Mrs. Alka Van Hoose, Nippa, Ky., and
Minnie Fraley of West Virginia.
  
Funeral services were held at the home at 1:00 p.m. Sunday,
May 18, with the Rev. Don Fraley officiating. Music was by
the Toms Creek Singers.
  
Interment was in the Zachary Castle Cemetery at Nippa under
the direction of the Jones Funeral Home.
