Agnes Joann Tibbs Webb, 75, of Van Lear, died Wednesday
 Aug.22 2001 at her home.
  
Mrs. Webb was born July 16, 1926, in Floyd County, a daughter of the
late Ray and Dosha Spradlin Tibbs.
  
Her husband, Willmar Arthur Webb, died in 1984.
  
Surviving are three sons, Ricky Webb of Hager Hill, Keith Webb of Van
Lear and Artie Webb of Johns Creek; a daughter, Sandra DeLong of Van
Lear; a brother, Arthur Tibbs of Mentor, Ohio; a sister, Emma Rae
Wells of Prestonsburg; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
  
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Auxier Freewill Baptist
Church by Bobby Joe Spencer and Shane Powers. Burial will be in Webb
Wells Family Cemetery.
  
Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at Jones-Preston Funeral Home in
Paintsville.
