Services Wednesday For Mrs. Dock Salyers
  
Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. this morning, March 23,
1955 at the home at Red Bush for Mrs. Sarah Salyers, 65, wife of
Dock Salyers, who died Monday morning, March 21, 1955 in a local
hospital following an illness of two days.
  
The daughter of Will Mark and Essa Reed Trimble, she was born May
7, 1889 in Johnson County. She was a member of the United Baptist
Church.
  
Surviving besides the husband are two sons, Bruce Leon Salyers,
Columbus, Ohio, William J. D. Salyers, U.S. Army; one daughter,
Mrs. Herbert Baldwin, Columbus, Ohio.
  
Other survivors include two brothers, James Trimble, South Shore,
Ky., John Trimble, Lenox, Ky.; and one sister, Mrs. Julia
Stapleton, Barnetts Creek, Ky.
  
Burial was made in the family cemetery under the direction of the
Preston Funeral Home.
