Minnie Rigsby, 91, of Salyersville, died Sunday Jan 2 2000 in Paul
B. Hall Medical Center in Paintsville.
  
Miss Rigsby was born Nov. 6, 1908, in Paintsville, a daughter of
the late Jerry and Coreelia Skaggs Rigsby.
  
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
  
The funeral was held at 1 p.m. today at Point Pleasant Enterprise
Baptist Church by the Revs. Ellis Hamilton, Willard Bailey, John R.
Pelfrey and Paul Preston.
  
Burial was in Skaggstown Church Cemetery in Flat Gap. Paintsville
Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
