An automobile accident claimed the life of
Billy Michael Pettry, 21, on November 27 1970.
  
Born in
Johnson County to William P. and Betty E. Webb Pettry, he
was a resident of  Springfield, Ohio, at the time of his death.
  
Ministers M. T. Womack and Bill Tackett held services
December 1 in the Van Lear Free Will Baptist Church, and
burial took place in the Davis Family Cemetery at Davis Branch.
  
Survivors include his parents; his wife,
Constance Chandler Pettry; his grandparents, .Mr.
and Mrs. K. D. Pettry of Springfield, Ohio, and
Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Webb of Van Lear.
  
The Jones-Preston Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
