Evalee King Perkins, 39, of Stanton, formerly of Salyersville,
died Saturday, Aug. 21, 2004 at St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington.

Born March 30, 1965, in Jackson, she was a daughter of the late
Charles and Charity Cole Caudill. She was a homemaker and of the
Pentecostal faith.

Survivors include her husband, Marty Perkins of Stanton; a son,
Richard Hibbens of Havelock, N.C.; a daughter, Misti Hibbens of
Stanton; three brothers, James King of Stanton, Steve King of
Jeffersonville, and Johnny King of Salyersville; and three
sisters, Opal Jewell of Stanton, Barbara Wolfe of Deland Fla., and
Eunice Dunn of Jeffersonville.

Funeral services were Tuesday, Aug. 24, at Magoffin County Funeral
Home Chapel, Salyersville, with William Paul Perkins officiating.

Burial was in Baldwin Cemetery, Oil Springs, under direction of
Magoffin County Funeral Home.
