Delphia Music, 92, of Urbana, Ohio, died at 9:15 a.m. Monday, Jan.29 1996, in Champlain Nursing Home.
She was born January 24 1904, in Johnson County, Ky.
The Daughter of the late Amos Liken and Sarah Francis O'Bryan Skaggs.
She was a member of the Tom's Creek Freewill United Baptist Church, Nippa, Johnson Co Ky., for more than 65 years.
She is survived by her children Vertie Clifton Castle, Edison, Ohio; Ethel Crider, Urbana, Ohio; Gertie VanHoose, Urbana, Ohio; and James (Connie) Music, Orlanda, Florida; 22 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.,One brother, Hobart (Tillie) Skaggs, Urbana, Ohio; one sister, Rebecca Webb, Paintsville, Ky., and one sister-in-law Delta (Skaggs) Bailey, Urbana, Ohio.
Preceded in death by her Father and Mother, two brothers, three sisters, two grandchildren, daughter Wanedith, and Husband Ervin Music.
The funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday in Walter-Schoedinger Funeral Home, Urbana, Ohio, with Rev.Forest Dyer officiating.
Burial will be in the Sycamore Cemetery, Nippa, Ky.

Delphia Music, 92, died Monday, January 29, 1996, at Champaign
Nursing Home in Urbana, Ohio.
Mrs. Music was born Sunday, January 24, 1904, in Johnson County,
the daughter of the late Amos and Sarah O’Bryan Skaggs.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ervin Music.
Surviving are one son, James Ervin Music of Orlando, Florida;
three daughters, Vertie Castle of Edison, Ohio, and Ethel Crider
and Gertie VanHoose, both of Urbana, Ohio; one brother, Hobert
Skaggs of Urbana; one sister, Rebecca Webb of Paintsville; and 22
grandchildren and several great and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, February 2, 1996, in Jones-
Preston Funeral Home Chapel, with James Kelly Caudill officiating.
Burial was in Clark Castle Cemetery at Nippa.
