Alvin Murray, 76,
Dies Wednesday


Alvin Murray, 76, succumbed Wednesday, August 31, at the home of
his sister-in-law, Mrs. Vlonn Murray, at Lowmansville.

Born February 25, 1879 he was the son of the late Sam and Jane
Murray.  A lifelong resident of Lowmansville, he was a farmer by
occupation.

He is survived by one brother, Frank Murray.

Funeral services were conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday at the home of
his sister-in-law with the Rev. Foster Grim officiating.

Burial was made in the family cemetery at Lowmansville under the
direction of the Jones and Preston Funeral Home.
