Bobby Joe Mollett, 47, died Thursday, February 19, at Van Lear.
  
Mr. Mollett was born February 26, 1933, in Johnson County, the son
of Fred and Laura Davis Mollett.
  
Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Lorraine Wells
Mollett; a son, Michael Mollett; two daughters, Marla Burchett,
Van Lear, and Tammy Hunter, Estill; two brothers, David Mollett,
Prestonsburg and Donald Mollett, Siera Vista, Ariz.; a sister,
Yvonne Spurgeon, Cincinnati, Ohio; and two grandchildren.
  
Funeral services were held Sunday, February 22, in Jones-Preston
Funeral Home Chapel with Bennie Blankenship officiating.
  
Burial was in the family cemetery at Van Lear, with Jones-Preston
Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
